Volunteer with our gardening teams for a satisfying day out and help make a difference, to our Home and Community Care Clients. They really need your help to remain independent in their homes.
Assist our clients by getting their gardens into shape whilst enjoying all the benefits of being part of a great team.
Jobs include: mowing, whipper-snipping, raking, weeding and light pruning.
No special skills required and all tools, equipment and training will be provided. This is perfect for those people looking to get some experience in the Horticulture field or needing to complete Centrelink hours.

Requirements: Must be able to handle gardening equipment. No special skills required – just a happy disposition and willingness to help out. OHS training will be provided to all volunteers. Please bring a hat, sun screen, long sleeve shirt, lunch and water
Time: 8am – 3pm
Age Range: 18 to 80
Training: OH&S, People Who Care Inc. Induction, On going training available.
Reimbursement: All out of pocket expenses are reimbursed whilst within your volunteer role.
Transport: Transport provided from our depots. An alternate pick up point in Wangara may be possible.
