Give a Gift in the Hunter
This Christmas we are thrilled to be teaming up with the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC) to support their Give a Gift donation campaign in the Hunter Region.
RIDBC is a charitable organisation which provides quality and innovative education and therapy services to achieve the best outcomes for current and future generations with hearing and/or vision loss throughout Australia.
Christmas is always celebrated as the time of giving and what better way to get into the spirit then to spread a little joy for those in need. For as little as a $2 donation your contribution can provide RIDBC with resources to support children with their hearing and vision loss, helping to ensure ALL children have the same opportunities.
“Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything we do at Beyond Bank,” said Ray O’Brien, General Manager of Distribution.
“At this time of year, when we really focus on the joy of giving, we are delighted to be able to partner with RIDBC Hunter and the outstanding support it provides to children and adults with vision or hearing loss.”
From Tuesday 1st December through to Thursday 31st December we will be collecting donations in our Hunter branches for the Give a Gift donation campaign. Simply grab a gift tag off our Christmas tree in branch and make your donation. Then you can keep your gift tag as a reminder of your generous support or use it on a Christmas gift.
“As a charity, RIDBC Hunter relies greatly on support from the community to continue to deliver our life changing programs,” said RIDBC Hunter Community Relationships Executive, Kim Simpson.
“The support we receive from corporate fundraisers, such as Beyond Bank, is truly fantastic. Their generosity will go a long way this festive season in assisting RIDBC to continue to provide innovative therapy and education services to children and adults living with vision or hearing loss, and their families, in the Hunter.”
