Our Canstar Awards for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
During 2015, we launched our new Internet Banking service – this was a big change for our customers and a huge project. The new Internet Banking is not only responsive (you can use it on mobiles and tablets, accessing the full functionality of Internet Banking), it also allowed us to launch Beyond Finance Manager, providing customers with insights into their spending.
We recently received the Canstar Award for Best Internet Banking in the Customer Owned category. We are super proud of this Award, as it recognises the wide range of functionality and features of our Internet Banking service.
Along with the award for Best Internet Banking, we were also awarded Best Mobile Banking (again in the Customer Owned category), after the launch of our new mobile app (and in light of the responsive nature of our Internet Banking service). Not only does our new look app provide increased functionality for app users, including push notifications, factor two integration, and payments to new payees, but our recent update ensures that all users are notified when we release an update.
We are committed to ensuring that our customers can bank on the go, and online. We regularly review the feedback you provide online, to our contact centre and in branches, and we are constantly looking to improve our services. Keep an eye out in Internet Banking for the new Session History feature, and the addition of Goals functionality to Beyond Finance Manager, which will assists you in achieving your savings targets!
