Jodie was appointed to the Beyond Bank Australia Board in November 2017. Jodie has over 25 years experience in banking and funds management.
Jodie is currently Managing Partner of Blackhall & Pearl, a board, risk and governance advisory firm. She specialises in developing and implementing strategy with a strong risk management and growth agenda, driving significant gains in customer engagement and shareholder value.
Formerly CEO and Managing Director of fintech business, Morgij Analytics, Jodie was previously Head of Business Credit Performance and Controls, ANZ Institutional Bank; Managing Director, Head of Client Credit Group, Societe Generale Australia; and Senior Vice President, Head of Credit BT Financial Group. Earlier in her career, Jodie worked in front line and risk roles at Westpac, Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust Australia.
Jodie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and a Diploma from FINSIA. She is a Trustee Fellow of the Australian Superannuation Funds Association and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In addition to her current role, Jodie is on the Advisory Board of Spaceship, a superannuation fund for millennials, and a non-executive director of both Financial Executives Institute and Synergy & Taikoz. She is also a member of Social Enterprise Finance Australia Credit Committee (a B corporation) and is a strategic philanthropist with Global Women Leaders in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross. She has previously served on the board of Disability Sports Australia and the Finance Advisory Committee of Mission Australia and was a Founding Patron of the Australian Red Cross Society of Women Leaders. She is Chair of the Board Risk Committee and a member of the Board Audit Committee.
