Nick May

General Manager Customer Experience

Nick joined Beyond Bank Australia as a trainee in 1992. Nick then became IT Operations Manager before joining the Beyond Bank Group Executive Team as General Manager Corporate Services in 2013.

Nick manages a range of the organisation’s customer experience areas including the branches, customer relationship centre and broker channel. He has over 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector. Nick holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Business Management as well as being a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
