Your new statement includes

  1. BSB number – Our BSB number is located here. Use your BSB number with your membership number and membership name to make or receive an electronic payment (transfer).
  2. Here you will find the time period this statement is relating to, your member and account number and credit limit for your credit card, if applicable.
  3. Your payment summary – this includes your minimum payment due, the due date of the payment and total amount owing.
  4. Your account balance – Shows your opening balance, any new transactions and charges any payments or refunds within the statement period and your available credit at the end of the statement period.
  5. Within your transaction listing you will find here the entered date and effective date of your transaction.
  6. Listed here will be all of the details of your transactions, including transaction type and relevant account details.
  7. Your statement now also includes the last four digits of the card used to make the transaction, this is to help you determine who has completed the transaction.
  8. Located here, at the end of your transaction listing will be listed credits in and debits out of the account and the resulting account balance.
  9.  Minimum Repayment Warning: here we go through how long it will take you to pay off your credit card balance if you only make the minimum repayments. This information has been included to help you pay off your balance sooner and to save you interest.
  10. Here you will find a breakdown of the interest types applicable to you, including the Purchase rate, Cash Advance rate or any applicable Balance Transfer rates.
  11. Noted at the end of the transaction listing will be your closing balance as it the end of the statement period.
  12. In this ‘How To Pay’ section we run through the repayment options for your credit card. You now have the option of repaying your credit card through BPAY using the biller code and your reference number which is located here.
