Beyond Bank has ranked number one in customer satisfaction across the banking sector.

The recent Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Report on Consumer Banking in Australia ranked Beyond Bank as the number one banking institution with a customer satisfaction rating of 92.3%.

This is a wonderful achievement, considering the difficult year faced by many of our customers, and the significant changes we have undergone in the way we provide vital support to our customers.

Chief Executive Officer, Mr Robert Keogh, said that the result was a credit to Beyond Bank staff, who continue to change lives every single day.

“Our business has always been in the privileged position of being able to change the lives of our customers and the communities in which they live, work and play. It motivates us to be the best local bank for our customers and their communities,” Mr Keogh said.

The results reflect the successful way the banking sector has responded to financial challenges faced by millions of Australians as a result of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.

At Beyond Bank, we are incredibly proud of all that we do for our customers and their communities. As Australia's first bank to be accredited B Corp certification, we have proven that we support the communities who bank with us, and the customer satisfaction level achieved is a testament to this.

Being local, trusted and just being there when times are challenging, is a commitment we will continue to make going forward.

We thank our customers for continuing to support us as we support them and their communities.
