What is Voice ID?

Voice ID is a security feature that identifies you by the sound of your voice when you call us—think of it as your voice fingerprint. 

Voice ID will provide phone access to our banking services as soon as you have been identified. 


When is Voice ID coming?  

We’ll be rolling out this new feature starting from next week. 


How secure is Voice ID?

Your voice is unique, and it's difficult for someone to replicate your voiceprint. Voice ID verifies your identity by analysing over 100 different voice characteristics. Voice ID is far more than just a basic recording.
