We do not charge a licence fee for the app, however you may incur data charges from your mobile network provider for downloading the application onto your mobile service. Check with your relevant service provider for more details. Whilst we endeavour to, the app is not compatible with all mobile devices or operating systems. To enjoy fee free mobile banking you must download our iPhone, iPad or Android phone app. Fee free banking applies to transactions conducted on accounts other than a Bonus Saver, Double Interest Saver or Christmas Club Account using iPad & iPhone version 2.0 or greater, or Android version 1.2 or greater of our mobile banking application. iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. registered in the U.S. and other countries. Android is a trademark of Google Inc.

For the security of your accounts, Internet Banking no longer supports Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions.

As you may know, Microsoft recently made the decision to discontinue its support of Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). This leaves users exposed to potential security risks. As a result, Beyond Bank's Internet Banking will no longer support Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions. Going forward, Beyond Bank will support Internet Explorer 9 or later to ensure the security of your accounts.
