If you’re heading overseas, it’s important to let us know so the transactions that you make overseas aren’t flagged as suspicious as this can result in your card being blocked until we can speak to you.

To advise Beyond Bank that you will be making transactions overseas, you can either login to Internet  Banking to enter the dates of departure and return, and the destinations, or you can call our Customer Relationship Centre on 13 25 85.

For the security of your accounts, Internet Banking no longer supports Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions.

As you may know, Microsoft recently made the decision to discontinue its support of Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). This leaves users exposed to potential security risks.
