Mothers Day Classic Run/Walk – Perth WA
The Mother`s Day Classic Run/walk for breast cancer was established in 1998 by Women in Super to raise money for breast cancer research, and raise the awareness of breast cancer within the community. The event is the largest non-profit run/walk held in Australia. Keen to participate but don’t feel like running or walking? Why not join in the fun and support breast cancer research by signing up to help out on the day!
National Breast Cancer Foundation needs volunteers to help out in a variety of areas from managing the cloak room or a drink station, to marshalling participants or helping out at show bag area. All roles help contribute to the smooth running of this major community event and mean that more funds can be directed to breast cancer research.
Volunteers are required to be 18 and over and will need to be available from 7am -11am on Sunday the 11th May at Langley Park, Perth CBD. Volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt, a briefing and training on the day.
