Telecross Volunteers – Wagga NSW
Red Cross Australia are calling for some great communicators!
We are calling for volunteers to provide reassuring daily telephone calls to Telecross clients to check on their wellbeing, make follow up calls/ escalations as per Telecross policy and identify and refer relevant client situations to the coordinator, including changes to the client’s normal routine and/or change in their circumstances.
For example; the client is ill or upset, or requests a change of contact time. Calls will be made between 8am to 9am, 7 days a week. Volunteers can commit as little as once every two month, but can get involved on a more regular basis.
