Fringe Parade Volunteer – Adelaide SA

The Adelaide Fringe simply couldn’t operate without the generous support of its wonderful team of volunteers who work alongside our team to deliver a range of events which help make Adelaide Fringe the biggest Arts Festival in Australia and one of the biggest and most unique Fringe Festivals in the world.

Fringe Parade Volunteers are the friendly faces helping our 30,000+ spectators enjoy the iconic Fringe Parade. If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic person who wants to volunteer for Australia’s largest arts festival, then register your interest today!

We need over 300 Fringe Parade Volunteers to help us stage the iconic Fringe Parade on Friday 13 February 2015, assisting with the marshalling and running of this brilliant event.

If you only have limited time to give but want to be involved in Fringe and be a part of the fun, then there is no better way than to be a Fringe Parade Volunteer! PLUS get your special invite to our opening night Fringe parade after-party at the Fringe Club!

Roles may include working as route marshals, disabled access marshals, lost children tent assistants, manning equipment, lighting and floats, artist and volunteer registration assistants.

All Parade Volunteers will be required to attend a briefing the week of the parade on Monday 9 February 2015 and to attend the Fringe Parade 13th February 2015 5pm to 10pm.

Suited to people aged 18 and above, with a fun and firm attitude; capable of working among a crowd of 30,000+. Must be able to commit to attending the briefing and the parade event.
