Receptionist – Hunter Valley NSW

Volunteers are required to perform secretarial tasks such as producing newsletters, applying for grant and attending meetings with Chairman. Duties include attending front office, greeting visitors and answering the phone.

Volunteers should have good communication skills, be computer literate and have experience using Microsoft office programs, especially Excel.

Previous knowledge of grant applications and producing newsletters an advantage.

Coverage will be needed for 9:00am to 5:00pm on Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Thursdays with days to be determined for each volunteer.

This organisation will accept Centrelink clients.
