Fresh from being awarded Mutual of the Year, Beyond Bank has just received some more fantastic news.
CANSTAR has just rated Beyond Bank as the “Best Online Banking” experience from a mutual.
This is such an honour and also wonderful recognition for our internet and digital teams who have worked so hard to ensure that our online banking process is smooth, streamlined and most importantly, user friendly for our customers.
But the good news doesn’t stop there.
The hugely popular Money Magazine has just rated our website as the third best in Australia.
This was cause for much celebration as we have put tremendous effort into ensuring our website does just what our customers want it to do, work quickly and efficiently.
The judges’ comments noted this saying our website is convenient for our customers and allows them to “transact, pay bills and customize their accounts anytime and anywhere.”
They further noted that “having these features available on your smartphone is what sets us apart from others, as it provides customers with the ability to bank 24/7 without any need to visit a branch or phone a call centre.”
Not bad praise, especially when you consider our website was up against those of the biggest banks in the nation.
It also demonstrates our commitment to digital technology as we continue to look to the future for new and innovative ways to improve our services and with more product and services in the pipeline, it’s certainly an exciting time.
We also don’t mind punching above our weight but rest assured, we never lose sight of what we are really trying to achieve which is a great banking experience day in, day out for our customers.
