  3. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, or their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter. 
  4. A maximum of one entry will be accepted per participant.
  5. The Competition commences at 8:00am on Wednesday 14 February 2024 and closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday 14 February 2024. All times shown are in Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT). 
  6. The Competition consists of one $100 eGift card. The total value of the prizes is $100.
  7. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  8. The winner shall be drawn at random at 4:00pm on Thursday 15 February 2024.
  9. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram.  The winner will be shared on our website within 3 business days of prize being claimed.
  10. The prize will be provided by the email address provided by the winner via direct message.
  11. If any prize is not available due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter shall be at liberty in its discretion to substitute the prize with another similar prize of equivalent monetary value.

  5. To be eligible for the Offer (an “Eligible Customer” or “Claimant”):

  7. Terms and Conditions of the applicable retailer will apply to the redeemed Offer. The Offer is not refundable or redeemable for cash and expired Offers cannot be extended or replaced.   9. If there is a dispute, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make a reasonable determination. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Eligible Customers will be notified by email.
  11. If there is Incomplete information (including where an email address provided is invalid) the Eligible Policy will not be eligible for the Offer.
  12. If an Eligible Customer does not redeem an Offer at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then Offer (or that element of the Offer) will be forfeited.
  13. If any Offer (or part of any Offer) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Offer (or that part of the Offer) with an Offer to the equal value and/or specification.
  14. Offers, or any unused portion of an Offer, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  15. If this Offer is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Offer, as appropriate in the circumstances.
  16. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter Beyond Bank and employees (and their immediate families) of participating companies, agents and agencies associated with this Offer are ineligible to take up the Offer. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for the purpose of conducting this Offer, promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes and sending electronic messages, offers and information to each Eligible Customer.
