Supporting you through COVID

This is how we’re supporting our eligible customers:


We have a range of support options available for discussion with eligible home loan customers (Principal & Interest and Interest Only residential home loans and residential investment home loans).

Support is offered on a case by case basis and may include:

  • Deferring of loan repayments for 3 months (interest will be capitalised to the loan and the term of the loan extended)
  • Waiving fees for the restructuring or consolidation of loans
  • Interest rate reductions and waiving fees for early withdrawal of term deposits prior to maturity.

Please note that the support outlined above is only applicable for existing customers.
