We recently experienced technical issues with our website contact forms. This issue has now been fully resolved. If you submitted a form between 1 June and 11 June, we were unable to retrieve those submissions. Please resubmit your form, call 13 25 85, send a secure message via Internet Banking or the Mobile App, or visit us in branch. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

How can I open a Purple Transactor Account?

  • Existing members can open a Purple Transactor Account through Internet Banking or the Mobile App.
  • New memberships can be opened online, by visiting your nearest branch or by calling us on 13 25 85 for more information.
    • New members will need either a Drivers Licence, an Australian Passport or both a Medicare Card and an Australian Birth Certificate to open a new account online. For alternative identification options, please visit us in a branch.

Please note that you will not be able to make transfers to cryptocurrency platforms during the first 90 days after opening a new purple transactor account.
