We recently experienced technical issues with our website contact forms. This issue has now been fully resolved. If you submitted a form between 1 June and 11 June, we were unable to retrieve those submissions. Please resubmit your form, call 13 25 85, send a secure message via Internet Banking or the Mobile App, or visit us in branch. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

How can I open a Retirement Account?

Existing members can open a Retirement Account account through Internet Banking or the Mobile App. New memberships can be opened online, by visiting your nearest branch or by calling us on 13 25 85 for more information. New members will need either a Drivers Licence or an Australian Passport, or a Birth Certificate and either a Medicare Card or Student Photo ID (if full time student) to open a new account.
