What if a member is a body corporate? How does that member vote?

If a member is a body corporate, and a representative of that member is to attend the meeting virtually, the appropriate “Certificate of Appointment of Corporate Representative” must be received at proxies.au@cm.mpms.mufg.com prior to the meeting.
