Currently, active customers can continue to bank Foreign Exchange cheques issued by other financial institutions. However, international payments, also known as telegraphic transfers, are a faster and more secure way to send and receive money to and from overseas. This process usually takes approximately three to five working days (for common currencies) once initiated by the remitting bank, and the funds are deposited as clear funds into your account.
