Internet Banking:
- Log into Internet Banking
- Navigate to ‘Services’ and ‘Card Management’
- Complete two-factor authentication to access this page
- Select 'Lost or stolen', and follow the prompts.
Mobile Banking:
- Log into the Mobile App
- Select the 'hamburger' menu item in the top left corner of the screen to open the main menu
- Select 'Manage cards', and click on the relevant card
- Select 'lost or stolen' card, and follow the prompts.
You can also report your card as lost or stolen by sending a Secure Message in Internet Banking or the Mobile App, though it is recommended that you call the lost or stolen card hotline on 1800 648 027 or +61 2 8299 9101 from overseas, as Secure Messages can take up to one business to be actioned.
