Why isn’t my Quick Balance Widget working?

The Quick Balance Widget refreshes your account information by running checks in the background. When your device is on Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode, background activity is restricted to conserve power. This can prevent the widget from updating and may trigger the message “Failed to get balances.”

If you see this message, check your device settings to see whether a power‑saving mode is active. Disabling it should allow the widget to update as normal.
