Terms and Conditions
- The Win Two Tickets to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final Competition is conducted by Beyond Bank Australia Ltd (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 237856), 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
- Entry is open to anyone over 18 years of age who receives communication from Beyond Bank through the following channels:
- Beyond Bank branch counter mats and display screens;
- Beyond Bank member message;
- Melbourne Football Club member message;
- Beyond Bank or Melbourne Football Club social platforms; or
- Beyond Bank or Melbourne Football Club website
- Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, or their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
- A maximum of one entry will be accepted per participant.
- The Competition commences at 10:00am on 07 July 2025 and closes at 9:00am on 27 August 2025. All times are in Australian Central Standard Time.
- The Competition consists of two tickets to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final. The prize does not include additional costs related to the Grand Final such as transport or accommodation. The total value of the prizes is $5,000.
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The winner shall be drawn at random at 11:00am on 27 August 2025 at Beyond Bank Australia, Level 11, 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide SA. The winner’s name shall be published on the Beyond Bank website within 7 days of draw.
- The winner will be notified by phone and email within two days of the draw.
- The prize is to be electronically sent to the winner.
- If the prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm on 4 September 2025 it will be redrawn. The redraw will be conducted on 5 September 2025 at the same time and place as the initial draw. The winner from the redraw will be notified by phone and email within two days of the draw. The winner’s name shall be published on the Beyond Bank website within 7 days of draw.
- If any prize is not available due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter shall be at liberty in its discretion to substitute the prize with another similar prize of equivalent monetary value.
- The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Beyond Bank’s Privacy Policy can be found at beyondbank.com.au/privacy.
- Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
