Due to the constantly evolving circumstances surrounding the pandemic, it is not possible to predict the restrictions that may be in place at the time of our AGM. To ensure the safety of our members, Beyond Bank has determined that a virtual AGM is the safest option this year.
To attend the meeting you will need to log in to https://agmlive.link/BBA20, an online platform provided by Link Market Services. We recommend that you log in and register from 12:00 PM (ACDT) on Wednesday 25 November.
To be able to attend, vote or ask a question through the website during the virtual AGM, you will need to have ready your Member Number and Postcode.
If you are an appointed proxy, you will need your Proxy Number, which will be issued by Link Market Service via email at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.
If you intend to access the AGM using a desktop computer, please ensure your browser is up to date and compatible. A list of compatible browsers, together with instructions on how to check what version your current browser is, is available in the Virtual Meeting Online Guide.
You will be able to vote on resolutions by appointing a proxy and ask questions in advance of the virtual AGM from 23 October at https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/voting/bba. You will need to use your Member Number and Postcode to access this portal. Alternatively, you may also submit your questions at www.beyondbank.com.au/agm.
The Proxy Form must be submitted by 12:30 PM (ACDT) on Monday, 23 November. Any Proxy Forms received after then will not be valid for the AGM.
To lodge your Proxy form online, log in to the Link website https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/voting/bba using your Member Number and Postcode. Select ‘Voting’ and follow the prompts to lodge your vote.
If you have requested a paper Proxy form, you may submit it by mail, fax or by hand as detailed on the form.
You can find your Member Number either on the front of your Beyond Bank Access Card or at the top of the first page of your Statements.
- Open your web browser and go to https://agmlive.link/BBA20. Please make sure your web browser is compatible (refer to the Virtual Meeting Online Guide for further information).

Once you have logged in to attend the virtual AGM (see FAQ titled On the day, how do I attend the virtual AGM?); you will see a live video stream of the virtual AGM and the presentation slides, commencing from 12:30 PM (Australian Central Daylight Time/ACDT).
Once you have registered, you will be able to see your voting card under your name and member number you used to log in. Click on the 'Edit Voting Card' tab to vote.
To vote under any additional membership or also as an appointed proxy, click on the 'Additional Voting Card' box at the top of the webpage or below the videos.
To submit your vote on a resolution, click on the ‘For’, ‘Against’ or ‘Abstain’ voting buttons. Once you have completed your Voting Card select the blue ‘Cast Vote’ button. You can edit your voting card at any time while voting is open by clicking on the ‘Edit Card’ button.
If you would like to ask a question while you are watching the virtual AGM, click on the ‘Ask a Question’ box located under the webcast.
In the ‘Regarding’ section, select the category from the drop-down arrow and enter your question in the text box under ‘Question’.
You may appoint a proxy and still attend the AGM. If this occurs, you will be asked whether or not you wish to revoke your proxy. If you do not revoke your proxy, your proxy will be entitled to cast your vote.
You can login and register to join the meeting at any time up until the conclusion of the Meeting. For further information, refer to the 'On the day, how do i attend the virtual AGM?', and 'How do I vote at the AGM?' FAQs. The Chair will announce when voting closes during the meeting.
A recording of the virtual AGM will also be available to view shortly after the conclusion of the meeting at www.beyondbank.com.au/agm
Given the uncertainty of the outcome of the COVID-19 pandemic, we may need to conduct our AGM virtually again next year. We cannot confirm either way until much closer to next years’ AGM.
