We would like to provide members with an update on our plans regarding the proposed merger with Family First Credit Union Limited trading as Family First Bank, which serves the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, and the Central Tablelands of New South Wales.
A Memorandum of Understanding between our two organisations was signed on Monday, 18 August 2025. The merger has successfully passed due diligence, and both Beyond Bank and Family First Bank have submitted the necessary documentation to gain regulatory approval. The proposed merger date is Sunday, 1 March 2026.
We are now inviting member feedback and questions about the proposed merger.
