Our commitment to protecting your money is always evolving, and over the coming weeks, we’re rolling out several upgrades designed to keep your account even safer.

Enhanced transaction monitoring.

We’re introducing improvements to our transaction monitoring system that allow us to detect unusual or high-risk activity more quickly and accurately. These updates help us respond faster when something doesn’t look right, reducing the chance of fraud slipping through undetected.

24-hour hold on suspicious payments.

As an added layer of protection, we’re introducing a 24-hour hold on payments that trigger certain risk indicators. This pause gives you time to confirm with us whether the transaction is legitimate before any funds leave your account. We will let you know if a payment has been placed on hold via SMS or a phone call.

Clearer, more reliable alerts.

To ensure you’re notified the moment we detect unusual activity and place a payment on hold, we’re introducing more robust one‑way communication channels.

  • One‑way SMS alerts will come from +61 489 988 024 or +61 437 126 492 and will include a clear prompt to call us on 1300 705 750. Contacting us on this number is an important step, as it allows our team to review the flagged payment with you and determine whether it should be released or declined if it appears to be scam or fraud related.
  • Phone calls will come from +61 2 8299 9534 and will be used if we are unable to use SMS, where immediate awareness is essential. Calls will only occur between 7am and 10pm (local time).
  • If you’re not sure it’s us, you can visit this page

These alerts are designed to keep you informed quickly and give you a direct path to resolving any concerns about your transactions.

These enhancements are designed to give you stronger protection and greater peace of mind. By combining improved monitoring with near real-time alerts, we can keep you informed the moment something needs your attention and act quickly to stop scams or fraudulent activity before it impacts you. Your security remains our priority, and these upgrades strengthen your protection by catching and responding to issues as early as possible.
