This is how we’re supporting our eligible customers:

 

  • Restructuring options to support home loan customers including:
    • Available to both Principal & Interest and Interest Only residential home loans and residential investment home loans
    • Deferring of loan repayments for two 3 month periods which, after review, may then be extended for another 4 months, subject to credit assessment

    • Interest will be capitalised and the term of the loan extended
    • Converting Principal & Interest residential home loan or investment home loan repayment obligations to Interest Only for up to 12 months.
  • Waiving fees for the restructuring or consolidation of loans
  • Waiving interest rate reductions/penalties for early withdrawal of term deposits prior to maturity.
