As a customer-owned bank, we pride ourselves on creating and returning value to our customers through our superior customer service and financial products.

We are thrilled that Canstar has recognised our commitment to our customer-owners by naming us as the winner of their prestigious Most Satisfied Customers – Customer-Owned Bank Award 2023.

This award considers all aspects of the customer banking experience across every customer-owned bank in the country. The main drivers for satisfaction are value for money, the ability to meet customers’ banking needs, digital banking capability, customer service and communication.

This award follows other awards Beyond Bank has won this year, including

“Our people are the backbone of our organisation. Winning awards like these is an endorsement of the commitment and compassion of our people to change the lives of our customers and their communities,” said Robert Keogh, CEO of Beyond Bank.

“From simple gestures to the more involved ways that our people go above and beyond what someone would expect, some of the stories we hear from our people and customers are just incredible.

“We’re proud and grateful to be part of a purpose-led organisation that is living out its vision of being the best bank for relationships.”
