The issue has been resolved, and calls to and from our Customer Relationship Centre are working as expected. We apologise again for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. Our Customer Relationship Centre team are available on 13 25 85 until 8pm ACST if you need us this evening. Otherwise, they can be contacted tomorrow between 8am and 8pm ACST or you can use our other contact options.

Our team is continuing to work on the issue with the phone system. The issue is affecting a number of organisations and is being investigated as a priority. Some callers are able to get through. However, it is intermittent.
