  • ATM withdrawals
  • EFTPOS, Visa and Mobile Wallet Transactions
  • Transfers via the Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking

We are impacted by an intermittent issue across a number of financial institutions preventing customers from being able to complete card transactions and banking payments.

Services affected:

  • ATM withdrawals
  • EFTPOS, Visa or Mobile Wallet transactions
  • Some transfers via the Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking may also be impacted

Our team is currently investigating as the highest priority, and we’ll provide an update as soon as we know more.
