Our systems have been restored and all outstanding payments have been processed.

  • Our systems have been restored and payment issues have been rectified.
  • The majority of the backlog of payments have now been processed.
  • There is a small number of outstanding payments from the backlog still to be processed. This includes some fast payments (Osko).
  • If you are still experiencing delays, it may also be due to the other financial institution experiencing the same outage as this has been an issue across multiple financial institutions.

We are working as fast as we can to process the backlog of payments. We are aiming to have all payments processed today, however we are unable to provide a precise ETA.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. If you need assistance from our team, they will be on hand until 8pm this evening to help you on 13 25 85.

Services have been restored overnight. However, some payments are still being processed, this may cause a delay for some customers in receiving their pay. We are currently working to process these and aim to have them completed in the coming few hours. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter. If you are still having issues, please let us know in a branch, by phone or send us a message using the Secure Mailbox in Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking app.

Card transaction and Osko transaction services are beginning to be restored, some customers may still experience intermittent issues as systems return to normal.

Card controls in the Mobile Banking app and Internet Banking may still be unavailable, we will continue to work on restoring these as quickly as possible. 

We apologise for any inconvenience. If you need any assistance our team will be available by phone from 8am ACDT tomorrow morning on 13 25 85.

We are aware that there are intermittent issues with card controls, card-based transactions, and OSKO Payments. You might see a delay in receiving funds or sending funds to other people. We are investigating this incident as a priority and will provide a further update when available.

Services affected:

  • Card controls are currently unavailable
  • EFTPOS, Visa or Mobile Wallet transactions may experiencing intermittent issues
  • OSKO and PayID payments may experience a delay in arriving between accounts

Our team is currently investigating as the highest priority, and we’ll provide an update as soon as we know more.
