Use eStatements

Registering for eStatements can save you money and space, while helping to save the environment by reducing paper waste.

If you sign up for eStatements, you can receive monthly, quarterly or six-monthly statements for free.

If you would like to register to receive eStatements, you can do so by logging in to Internet Banking and following the prompts. If you don’t use Internet Banking, you can register for eStatements over the phone by calling our Customer Relationship Centre on 13 25 85.

Change When I Receive Statements

Customers of Beyond Bank will be sent statements every six months by default. If you prefer statements to be sent out more regularly, you can send a request to us by logging in to Internet Banking and sending us a Secure Message.

If you would like monthly statements with no associated fees, you can sign up for eStatements by logging in to Internet Banking and following the prompts under Services > eStatements Management.

For the security of your accounts, Internet Banking no longer supports Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions.

As you may know, Microsoft recently made the decision to discontinue its support of Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). This leaves users exposed to potential security risks. As a result, Beyond Bank's Internet Banking will no longer support Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions. Going forward, Beyond Bank will support Internet Explorer 9 or later to ensure the security of your accounts.
