I just authorised a PayTo agreement, but I’ve changed my mind. What shall I do?

If some of the details of the PayTo agreement are incorrect or you changed your mind, you can pause or cancel the PayTo agreement within Internet Banking. You can also call the Payee to make enquiries, or request that they cancel the agreement on your behalf.

If you accepted a request from an unknown source and changed your mind, you should pause or cancel the PayTo agreement immediately. Depending on the date of the first payment, you may not yet have made a payment to the Payee.
