Supporting our customers in hardship through the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Beyond Bank is committed to assisting our customers facing hardship as a result of COVID-19. Our dedicated COVID Suport Team have worked with impacted existing customers to restructure loans, waive fees and offer special rates where eligible.

We regularly check in with our customers with support arrangements in place to ensure they are still appropriate for their situation.
