Beyond Bank is delighted to advise that it has been awarded Australia’s Bank of the Year for 2020. The top honour was announced in the prestigious annual Customer Satisfaction Awards held by Roy Morgan, Australia’s largest independent research company.

The recent Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Report on Consumer Banking in Australia ranked Beyond Bank as the number one banking institution with a customer satisfaction rating of 92.3%.

Glendale branch was recently re-opened following a re-design conducted in partnership with leading national disability service providers, focusing on lighting, acoustics, surfaces and signage.

Beyond Bank branches in South Australia will be open, ensuring our customers have access to essential banking services over the coming days.
