We're moving to a single BSB

We are moving to a universal BSB, 325 185.

We need your help to change the BSB number on your recurring payments.

Being a customer-owned bank we are always reviewing ways that we can do better to deliver the best experience for our customers and communities. 

As a result of our reviews, we are simplifying our BSBs to the one universal BSB, 325 185. We are doing this to allow us to continue to be for and with you, by streamlining to a universal BSB we are able to simplify processes and procedures to improve the overall end experience for you.

Centrelink

You can update your Centrelink payment details via MyGov using their guide found here.

If you took an Allianz policy out through Beyond Bank Australia then this can be updated directly with our Insurance Team on 13 25 85, option 3. The Beyond Bank Insurance Team are available from 8am until 8pm ACST on weekdays and 9am until 3pm ACST on Saturday.
