How do I close my credit card?

You can request to close your credit card account online in internet banking or the app, over the phone by calling us on 13 25 85 or visiting your nearest branch.

In the Mobile Banking app - Manage Cards > Click the credit card > Cancel Card
In Internet Banking - Services > Card Management > Select cancel card beside the credit card

For assistance with other types of accounts, such as a loan or line credit, please speak to our team on the options above.
