Beyond Bank wins 8th year of Canstar digital banking awards

Beyond Bank design and build our digital banking features and functionality for and with our customers. We are proud to announce Beyond Bank has been recognised as the inaugural winner of Canstar’s Customer Owned Bank of the Year - Digital Banking Award in 2022! 

This is Beyond Bank’s 8th year of Canstar digital banking awards, having won every Canstar award in this category since 2015, showing a continued commitment to excellence in digital banking for our customers. 

The previous awards were overhauled by Canstar this year to combine the existing Online and Mobile Banking awards into a single endorsement category that captures an institution's complete digital service offering, inclusive of desktop and mobile functionality. 

43 Customer Owned Organisations were considered in 2022 with Beyond Bank coming out in top spot yet again! 

What makes our online experience so special? 

Not only do we continue to evolve the level of features and transactional ability on both desktop and mobile banking, but we put a lot of emphasis on the user experience across our digital channels, keeping the customer at the centre of anything we design and deliver.
