We’re proud to be named the best bank in Australia by Forbes in their 2022 World’s Best Banks survey.

We are proud to have been named the best bank in Australia by Forbes on its fourth annual list of World’s Best Banks.

More than 45,000 customers were surveyed around the world in 14 languages to seek their opinions on their current and former bank relationships. Our customers rated us on general satisfaction and key metrics such as trust, fees, digital services and financial advice.

The customer-owned banking sector continues to dominate the rankings, with four of the top five banks being customer-owned banks.

Our style of customer-owned banking means that instead of paying shareholders, our members reinvest profits back into benefits for customers through lower fees, better interest rates and time-saving innovation. Our customers remain our number one priority in everything we do.

Thank you to our customers who participated in the survey and ranked us number one in Australia in 2022. You can view the full results for Forbes World's Best Banks 2022 here.
