We would like to provide further updates to customers on our plans in relation to the proposed merger with AWA Alliance Bank, Geelong VIC.
A Memorandum of Understanding between our two organisations was signed on Monday, 19 December 2022. The merger has passed due diligence and both Beyond Bank and AWA Alliance Bank have submitted the required documents to gain regulatory approval. The proposed merger date is Friday, 1 March 2024.
We are now inviting customer feedback or questions on the proposed merger.
