Scam alert – Unsolicited requests to reset banking passwords and for SMS codes

We've recently received reports of scammers impersonating us, including spoofing our contact phone numbers. Some of our customers are getting unsolicited calls from the ‘Beyond Bank Fraud Team’ to reset Internet Banking passwords and ask for SMS codes.
