Ready to start saving on tax? Let’s get you set up. 

Using your Salary Packaging and Meal Entertainment cards.

Your Salary Packaging card can be used for everyday expenses like groceries, utility bills, and clothes. Your Meal Entertainment card is accepted at most restaurants, cafes, hotels, bistros and holiday accommodation providers in Australia and overseas.

Setting up your Internet Banking.

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
    You can access Internet Banking via the Log In button in the menu on the top right-hand side of Beyond Bank's website.
  2. Enter your member number
    You can find your member number in the email you received after submitting your application.
  3. Enter your password
    You created your password when you completed your Salary Packaging application. If you don't remember it, you can use the Forgot Password option.
  4. Click Log In.

Setting up your Mobile Banking.

  1. Now that you have set up your Internet Banking, you can access our Mobile App for the most convenient way to access your money on the go.
  2. Press the Login & Start Banking button. 
  3. Enter your Member Number and Internet Banking password. 
  4. Proceed through the steps to finalise your registration of your device. 
  5. Tap the arrow to complete the registration.

Start using your digital cards.

  1. Click Log In in the Mobile Banking App
  2. From the top menu, select Services > Card Management
  3. For each card, click Card Details and check the box once you've read and agree with the Terms and Conditions
  4. Here, you'll be able to view the card number, expiry, and CVV
  5. On your mobile, add each of your cards to your digital wallet by entering your card details from above. Click to find instructions for Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay.

Setting up physical cards.

To set up your card in Internet Banking. 

  1. Log in to Internet Banking.
  2. From the top menu, select Services, then Card Management.
  3. Click on Card controls. Here you must toggle on your card for online and in-store purchases if you'd like to use your physical card. The green toggle indicates the control is turned on. 

In Card Management, you can also block your card if you've misplaced it, report your card as lost or stolen, and change your PIN.  

To set up your card in Mobile Banking. 

  1. Open your Mobile Banking.

  2. From the top left corner menu, select Manage Cards, then click on your card.

  3. Click on Card Controls. Here you must toggle on your card for online and in-store purchases if you'd like to use your physical card. The green toggle indicates the control is turned on. 

In Manage Cards, you can also block your card if you've misplaced it, report your card as lost or stolen, and change your PIN.  

Salary packaging card usage.

Your salary packaging cards come with specific parameters in place to ensure that they are in compliance with the government regulations. This ensures you are kept safe and secure while using your card on a daily basis.

  • Direct Credit from nominated payee
  • TEXTME! (fee associated)
  • Recurring Visa Debits 

Functions not permitted.

  • Direct Debit
  • Transfers to or from your accounts
  • BPAY®
  • Loan payments
  • Any form of cash out1

How do I apply?

If you haven’t applied yet, the first step is to contact your salary packaging provider. Once you have completed your paperwork with them and indicated your interest in having a Beyond Bank Salary Packaging card, they will provide you with an application link. If you are unsure as to who your salary packaging provider is, your payroll team will be able to assist you.
